Not Available as a Print

Ah, my favorite painting spot again, on Sugar Creek about 7 miles from my home.   This painting was done from the exact location of my oil painting titled "The South Bend".   I simply turned around and faced up stream to see the old Furnas Mill dam ruins and get a whole another composition.   I will never tire of this spot.  Each season, each time of the day, a whole new subject.  That is a main advantage of river scenes; they are forever changing, and never tiring.   It also has a whole different feel to each painting with each different medium, watercolor, oils, acrylics, or even pencil sketching, it's always rewarding for the artist just to be present here.
