Not Available as a Print

Have you ever been walking through a meadow and the temptation to just go barefoot is simply overwhelming?  That happens to me almost every time I come across one of these trails that just keep beckoning me to round one more curve.  It must be an urge that is left over from my childhood.  My mind goes back to those childhood days when in the early Springtime the shoes would come off, and stay that way until the fall frost forbids it.  I can still feel the cool grass, or the dried leaves and even the warmth of the packed down sun baked dirt of the lanes on my feet.  I paint what I see, along with what I recollect . . . it's what I feel I suppose.
